The feedback from Whichcottage property owners is that the summer season 2011 has been very strong for bookings but also that people looking for late availability and holiday cottage deals is on the increase. Which Cottage Fact: Owners who update their availability calendars regularly have a much higher conversion rate from enquiry to booking. Don’t give the wrong impression – people looking for holiday properties do not like looking at a calendar that is empty! Thoughts: Stock up with wood – cottages with log fires and wood burning stoves are in high demand during the winter months.
