Cowden Garden is a stunning Japanese garden near Dollar which has recently been restored. Originally built in the early 20th Century by Ella Christie a Scottish adventurer, it was designed by a Japanese garden designer, Taki Handa, who originally studied at the Royal School of Garden Design at Nagoya.
